The Premier League schedule from a US perspective sits in unusual time slots that take a season or two to internalize. UK kickoff times of 12:30, 15:00, 17:30, and 20:00 translate to US Eastern times of 7:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. respectively (subject to daylight savings windows). Here is the US-side schedule map for the 2026 calendar.

How to read the US schedule

The official source is Peacock itself — the Premier League section of the Peacock app lists every match with the correct US time zone for your account. The NBC Sports app mirrors the same data. The Premier League website (premierleague.com) defaults to UK time; toggle the region selector to “United States” to see Eastern-time kickoffs.

(BST = British Summer Time, late March through late October. GMT = Greenwich Mean Time, late October through late March. The US transitions to and from Daylight Time three to four weeks earlier each spring and one week later each autumn, so the time-zone offset varies during these transition windows.)

What plays at what time, typically

  • Saturday early kickoffs at 7:30 a.m. ET are the most “British” experience — early breakfast viewing, USA Network most weeks.
  • Saturday 10:00 a.m. ET is the prime US viewing window — multiple matches simultaneously, with one usually on USA Network and the others on Peacock.
  • Saturday 12:30 p.m. ET is a single match on USA Network, the late UK kickoff.
  • Sunday 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. ET are the Sunday windows on Peacock.
  • Monday Night Football in the UK becomes Monday afternoon football in the US — 3:00 p.m. ET, decidedly secondary.

December and January congestion

The Premier League’s most schedule-dense weeks are mid-December through the first week of January — the so-called “festive period” with Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and FA Cup third-round weekend stacked together. During this period the league plays five or six match-days in 17 days, with kickoffs spread across morning, afternoon, and evening UK time. For US viewers this means matches at 7:30 a.m. ET, 10:00 a.m. ET, 12:30 p.m. ET, and 3:00 p.m. ET on Boxing Day alone — a six-hour binge if you want to watch all of them.
